a bit about it...
Actually... I retired. Actually... there is no reason to write about AVT since I was never employed by them. However, it so happened that I was given "on loan" to AVT by Dennison for a short period, and this short period turned out to be more than 6 months long, lol. Thus, a few words about it makes sense, ok?
OK - so I've already worked in Israeli companies before, mostly. So I've already faced the kind of mess such companies are "organized" into. So I'm immune to it. Well - I guess that I am just lucky that the kind of immunity I've received in the past was of such gigantic proportions that it was just "about" right to prevent me to get bitten in the ass once again.
My God - the mess in this company is humongous. And (not surprisingly) the only way it gets its way is by personal dedication, genius, cooperation and... disregard of nonsense that each and every employee in it is contributing towards the general goal. I've met a lot of great guys, some just for seconds. I've met also a few assholes, inevitably. And I've met again my good old friend from times past - Glyn - which I think is the only person alive that could keep a service going under such harsh circumstances and with such dire limitations.
Well done, friend, and I'm glad to have been of some help.
